Connie Goodson, MSW, is the owner and principal consultant for CMG Consulting LLC.  She is highly experienced with two decades of distinguished service in healthcare, senior services, and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Prior to forming CMG Consulting, Connie served as PACE Executive Director at
LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines.  Under Connie’s leadership, LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines was the largest PACE program in the state of North Carolina employing 100+ staff- peaking just shy of 300 participants. Moreover, as Executive Director at LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines, she was recognized for having the highest colleague engagement scores among Trinity Health PACE program Executive Directors.

In addition to building highly effective teams, Connie is a proven leader in PACE operations, management of PACE programs and PACE education.  She is skilled in maximizing strengths, streamlining operations and coaching and mentoring PACE leaders.

Highly regarded in PACE, Connie is a skilled, empathetic leader who continues to dedicate her professional career to selflessly serving vulnerable populations.
Connie holds a Master of Social Work degree, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Sociology from the University of South Carolina.
